Creating paperlessproofs

Paperlessproofs can be created from any PDF file, either on your own computer using the paperlessproofs creation software, or online using the paperlessproofs online creation service

To create paperlessproofs on your computer

  » The paperlessproofs creation software is available as a free download. The software requires that Acrobat Professional version 7 or version 8 is also installed on your computer

  » You need to register for a paperlessproofs account; registration is part of the software installation process

  » Registered users log on to the paperlessproofs site to purchase credits, each of which enables the creation of one page of paperlessproofs. There is no restriction on the number of copies of a paperlessproof that can be distibuted.

To create paperlessproofs online

  » If you prefer, we can create the paperlessproof from your PDF file for you.

  »

Upload the original PDF file. The paperlessproof will be returned by e-mail. Paperlessproofs have no restriction on the number of people to whom they can be distributed.

The minimum charge for creating paperlessproofs online is 64 pages for each document you upload.

Important information for users:

At present paperlessproofs is
only available for Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows XP

To correct paperlessproofs
you must have a copy of Adobe
Acrobat Reader 7 or 8* installed

of Adobe Acrobat Professional version 7 or better installed. Paperlessproofs cannot be created with Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Reader.
